With Medals 4 Mettle, we repurpose race medals and award them to those fighting and surviving. It is amazing to bring joy and support to those in the toughest race of their lives.

Every November, we collect dresses for the Sacramento Family Services Clothing Closet to help those less fortunate enjoy the holiday festivities. In the spring, we clean out those closets again with a 40 Items for 40 Days Challenge.
Volunteering in your community can be done in as little as an hour or two a month or weekly. While spending time helping others you can nurture your self worth and discover joy in your life. Support a cause you believe in and invite others to join you. Create an event to support those in need by collecting clothing, supplies or raising money.
